Had to Share!

I have been busy working on my personal images of my son tonight since I haven't done that in... well, too long! Unfortunately, I have had to set my family blog to private due to a few crazies from my past. However, I will start posting a few personal things here and there so that clients and potential clients can get to know me a little on a personal level. Anyways... tonight I came across this image and thought it was just too darling!

As a mom, you truly think you have the CUTEST kid in the world and I am one of those moms. I can't help myself. However, there is a photographer who's blog I do love to look at who has a little girl close to my Linc's age that is just to die for GORGEOUS! But yeah, this image was taken (quite some time ago) at a photo shoot I was on while taking a break. I normally don't take my baby along, but this was up in Idaho so Linc's dad came up to help.

The J Family

This was an amazing family to photograph. When you have larger family groups, you're not going to be able to get every single person to look at the camera and smile. Especially when there are children involved. This is where knowing how to head swap comes in handy! I think in total, we did 4-5 head swaps. Here is a before and after on this first group shot.

Just For Fun...

I have been editing non stop all week. I have 3 major shoots that need to get done this weekend with a lot of shooting coming up as well. Among all this, I have one BUSY, cute boy on my hands! He learned to walk at a very young age which meant he has been on the go and into everything for quite sometime! Today the lighting and weather was beautiful outside. We both needed some time out of the house and with just us. So that's what we did. Hopefully the weather continues to do more of this so we can go exploring. That is one of my Stink Bugs favourite things to do. So just for fun, here are some cute pics of my cute boy outside with me after his (at high noon) nap! Isn't he just so stinkin cute?

Spring

Oh how I LOVE spring. I love all elements of it. I grew up in the Vancouver Canada area, so rain is quite refreshing to me. A lot of people may think I'm crazy and that's fine, but rain makes me happy. I love all the new flowers and trees with their magnificent blossoms. Freshly painted toes make me smile. All those flowey spring skirts warms me right up inside. Most of all, however, I love the clean slate feeling that spring brings my soul.

I'm pretty sure this is one of my favourite senior sessions in a while. This girl is gorgeous and has fantastic hair! She is a beautiful dancer and is so sweet! I couldn't narrow them down well so there are a lot. I also posted a handful on Facebook if you're dying to see more!
